Being safe means eliminating the fears from the past.
I realize that I am only just now able to deal with the deep imprinting of fear which I received in early childhood.
As an adult, I am only just now (over several years) receiving and utilizing the tools to treat, resolve and eliminate the source of the many following years of fear and its results.
I know this through the results I have been experiencing for so many years, and I am not just correcting the immediate problems any more. I am tracing it all the way back to its origins and eliminating it there.
Once again, I am so very grateful for the inspiration of so many authors and the wonderful tools they continue to provide for me.
My new baseline is very different from the one I grew up with.
I am supposed to be free from fear, not just come up with clever ways to avoid being hurt.
I am supposed to be supported by my community, recognized and appreciated.
Life is designed to provide challenges which can be overcome, not just adapted to.
The enriching experiences of overcoming the challenges make one stronger and more compassionate.
I am starting by being more compassionate toward myself.
I am respecting the earlier strengths and innovations I combined to take care of myself.
I am also recognizing my patterns which created continuing fearful circumstances.
Now I am implementing the tools to create new, invigorating experiences which attract loving, kind, fun, happy and supportive people around me.
