My New Version of Me

Seeing things more clearly is sometimes hard.

It is good to get clarity, though, and be empowered by it.

I am grateful for my progress.

Sometimes, though, the progress reveals more of the lies that have been holding me back, and it is painful to see them.

While they were hidden and I was struggling, I just thought that was my life.

Now, I know that I was gaining the strength to see them and to see myself as separate from them.

I am so very grateful for the creative work that has always made me happy.

I am grateful that that is where I always turn when I want or need to be happy.

And, of course, from cultivating it for so long, under every kind of condition and in every circumstance, the ideas flow constantly, continually.

I just have to tap into them.

I am glad to be finding my own direction.

Even though I can utilize the training that I had, I am still finding my own voice in new ways that I actually love, rather than finding excellence through just being very disciplined and obedient.

I love my new expression.

I respect the fact that I am a beginner.

I have taught lots of beginners, so I know to be compassionate and patient with myself as I develop in a new field.

I am going slowly and quietly, but still I celebrate myself.

It is hard to emerge in a different field as a beginner.

However, instead of technique, I am finding joy.

Instead of obedience, I am finding sincerity.

I am being non-judgmental instead of critical.

I am being very accepting of my new tentative steps.

I like taking them and I like what they reveal about me.

I like discovering the real person that I am, not the version that someone else made, and I really like me this way.

Being Left Out

Remember that those times are only temporary and that you are being prepared to find your true friends and your true purpose.

You cannot say nor judge what is appropriate for the way you are being trained since your purpose may not be obvious at the beginning.

In fact, it may not be obvious for years or even decades.

But if you are growing and developing and have a desire to know your purpose and why you are here, be assured that is being answered.

You will know one day.

And you will be ready.

Its just not something that can be described in words.

Later on, though, you will certainly know.

Quietly Moving

A thread of consciousness

a glimmer

an idea

leads me on.

I take the first step

I enjoy

I nurture

I immerse myself.

The way appears

I pack up

drive

move.

All from a single thread

one that repeated itself

over and over

until I heard it.

All-Giving

I have been thinking in terms of the infinite Universe of ideas for a while now.

It just dawned on me that since the Universe is Giving all the time, not just when I tune in and ask, that the Universe is giving to everyone all the time.

We are the ones who limit our lives.

When I ask to know how I can serve, I am tuning into the Infinite, because there are millions of things that need doing for millions of people.

When I see someone in need, it shows me that I am not tuning into the Infinite, because the Universe already has ways of taking care of everyone, if we only ask how we can serve.

So, now I am learning to say, “How can I serve?” when I see a need, instead of evaluating the need or coming up with my opinion about it.

This keeps leading to more and more ideas and actions to take.

Some of these are long-term, and some are more immediate.

But always something happens when I look at the All-Giving, and ask, “How can I serve?”

Little Pieces and Big Pieces

The little pieces of your life do not show you what the whole of your life is.

You just plod on from one day to the next doing whatever it is that needs doing.

You do not even call your life your own for many years.

And then, one day, you realize, “Hey, I wanted something different than this”, and then all those little pieces come together.

They tell you what is good for the way you want to live.

They also tell you what is ridiculous, irrelevant, and unimportant to you.

There are clear choices.

There is a clear dividing line.

And that is how you begin to create the life you desire to live.

They way you do the things you have been doing is a key.

When you always do the best job you can for someone else, you will do the same for yourself.

When you require a good attitude for yourself wherever you are, you will maintain it.

Where you require attention to detail for someone else, you will maintain it for yourself.

When you require good communication to people you deal with where you currently are, you will reap the benefits of good communication wherever you take yourself next.

All the things you do now are building up different kinds of wealth.

You are building up good standards of behavior, attitude, details, communication.

When you apply them to your own creativity, you have a huge wealth-foundation on which to build.

These qualities are what are moving you forward.

Dissatisfaction with where you are is a fantastic motivator.

Doing the best with what you have now is a great practice.

These attitudes and actions are what are creating your new life.

Trust your desires.

Follow them as much as you can right now.

Figure out ways to make them happen.

And bring to everything you do an attitude of expectation and passion for the joy and desire to live a fulfilling life.

You are drawing on the Infinite Resources of the Universe Who Loves You and Wants You to Succeed.

So you just keep taking that next step, and the next and the next.

You are on your way.

And you will get there.

And then you will get another goal.
