Flooding Myself with Happiness

In addition to flooding myself with light, I am flooding myself with happiness.

The idea of light felt so good, I decided to try out happiness, too.

It is a wonderful feeling to flood happiness throughout my body.

As I brush my hair, walk from the cabin to the outdoor kitchen, chop vegetables, use my eyes to gaze around my surroundings, I flood myself with happiness throughout my body.

This is changing my perception of myself.

Instead of old ruminating pathways, I am inviting new visitors to stay.

I am changing my thoughts from old defaulting patterns to new conscious ones that I choose.

I have a lighter step;  I have a happier outlook.

I am embodying the idea and practice of happiness.

Flooding Myself with Light

I flood every part of my body with light.

Every time I think about my body, I direct light through it.

As I’m getting dressed, tying my shoes, folding my clothes, washing dishes, performing any function, I send light in that direction.

This is a brand new practice for me, but already I am feeling a difference.

It is changing my attitude from criticism, worry, despair, and giving me a sense of lightness, awareness, appreciation.

While the world adds woe, I add light.

While the world weighs me down, I add appreciation.

I am doing all the little things, but with a sense of floating over all that heaviness.

I flood myself with light, every little step.

Facets of Light

What is the facet of light that catches your attention?

Is it light through a prism?

Is it light reflecting off a chandelier?

Off a diamond?

Is it light through the trees?

Is it the light at dawn?

At dusk?

Is it the way a certain painter expresses light?

Turn toward all the light you see, over and over again.

Fill yourself with nothing but light.

There will not be room for anything else.

Your Heart's Purpose

Practice being in love with who you are and doing what you love to do.

That way, you will attract the one who loves you best, and you will find the one you love best.

Because you are radiating love, those who love you will find you.
Friends, community, clients.

When you are radiating joy about what you do, people are attracted, and you prosper.

Because what you do is good for you and suits you, you do it well with thoughtfulness and consideration.

Because you take that kind of care with your business, people love supporting you.

Because it is important to you to live joyfully, you will uplift all who live with you and who do business with you.

The Heart of God

The heart of God is not a pump.

It is the circulating of divine love to inspire everyone to live compassionately toward everyone in every way.

Everyone feels this inspiration.

Indeed, it is a directive in all of our lives.

It’s symbol is what we call our heart.

It is a reminder of who we are, God’s cherished creation.

With our heart, we direct our lives.

We are led to go in the direction of what we love.

We are led to connect with those we love.

We are led to let our love flow outward as well as inward, inward as well as outward.

We are led to let our heart’s love circulate with compassion to all we know and to all we don’t know.

Celebrate your Life and All Those In It

Celebrate your life every day.

Celebrate all who have nurtured you.

Celebrate all the experiences which have caused you to grow.

Celebrate your new perceptions.

Climb higher.

Each person, each experience, requires you to grow more, to love more.

Celebrate what you know.

Celebrate what is beyond your perception.

You will grow into even that.

Be Honest

What do you need to be happy?

Is it the media version of the American dream”

Or does your heart’s joy have a different direction?

I was amazed at my version of happiness once i was able to hear it clearly.

After trying my whole life to line up to the media-induced view around me, I realized I could never get there.

so then I looked inward and found a vision and a mission I enjoy and believe in.

I continued nurturing my own dream and i am living it now.

I am learning to ask for just what I need in order to keep moving forward and it is working.

With something lined up in one direction, my project and my life are moving forward in a completely fulfilling way for me.

It is honestly the best I could dream.

"Thank You for the Experience"

I am just about to the point where I can tell my parents, “Thank you for the experience.”

Through taking the many steps to overcome my child trauma, I have gained the strength and confidence I find in very few other people.

Once again, I am so grateful to the authors and workshop leaders who have helped me gain insight and to activate the tools and techniques for my release.

Although I still deal with “triggers”, I am able to move on more quickly.

My healing has not put me back on the track I observed from afar and wished for so fervently.

It has put me on another track entirely.

I did not know it existed, but I love being here.

Aner and Criticism

Those are the two destructive energies I remember most and which have been the most deeply embedded in my mind.

How to overcome them?

I began to find what genuinely made me happy and to move toward it.

But how to overcome the deep destructive habit of criticism?

I applied all my new tools and techniques, but nothing could drive it out.

I finally settled on a way to replace it.

Having found my deep identity “within”, I now go there.

From that point, within myself, I shine.

Just shine.

There is no longer a battle against criticism.

I just shine.

A Transcendent View

We have so many unconscious habits we have inherited as descendants.

It is impossible to correct or account for them all.

Catching the key of inward discovery is the first step to releasing them all.

Instead of solving ancestral dilemmas, we can just step over them into our own identities from the Universe.

This is what I mean by transcending, instead of being a descendant.

I celebrate my new view and transcendence over my old view of being a descendant.

Conscious Control and Synchronicity

Beyond even conscious control, there is synchronicity.

Learning to listen inwardly and to choose the direction of your thoughts gives you conscious control in the direction of the good you desire.

As you are empowered to take action and do so, a different kind of life emerges.

Little, and then big, things happen which tell you there are connections beyond what you can know.

You put yourself into the hands of the Universe, which has a beneficent attitude toward you and loves you.

I have discovered this for myself through my inward guidance, so I am sure it works for all of us.

We are, all of us, loved, cherished, and adored.

Descended and Transcended

Are you a descendent or a transcendent?

Up until now, I have been a descendent.

Because of my intense discomfort and the need to heal my child trauma, I have been driven even further inward.

I am learning to transcend the circumstances I was given.

It is turning out that healing neither rolls back the clock, nor does it let me jump back on the wheel of time in a way to experience the life and success of someone without child trauma.

But the inward guidance I have learned to receive is sending me back out in a way that transcends my experience and sends me into a different Universe of contribution.

You see, it turns out, that despite the cruel messages I received, I am worthy, and I do have something wonderful to offer and to contribute.

I have an entirely new way to live that is also not dependent on the ways and methods of a typical life path to success.

This inner knowledge and its outward expression goes beyond compensation.

It is impelled differently.

Though my experience, I am transformed from a descendent to a transcendent.

An Upper Room

Just as an “upper room” was provided for Jesus to celebrate the Passover with his disciples, everything we need to carry out our purpose in the world is also provided.

Once we listen within and discern our mission and purpose, we know that everything we need along the way will be provided.

When we can’t figure out the next step or how to accomplish a particular step, we need to go “within” to listen for it with even more dedication.

Then, the answer will be provided.

It may be right away, or it may take a while.

But everything is being prepared and provided for this deep mission to take form and transform us and whoever comes into contact with it for themselves.

Ideas, location, physical and financial resources are all part of the “upper room” provision.

Once we identify ourselves with the release of our gift, we are led to find “upper room” provision every time.

Moving Slowly Indicates Trust

You do not have to rush to get to your destiny.

Going slowly, you are able to include more awareness.

You are able to look around and see, really see, what needs doing.

You are able to do it carefully and thoroughly and to make sure it has intended consequences.

By not being careless, you actually arrive at your goal in a more sure way.

You do not have to back up and correct mistakes if you take your time.

Of course, there could still be mistakes because you are in new territory.

So take your time to fix those, too, if you need to.

Your destiny has been aware of you, even before you were aware of it.

All the little things that come into your life unexpectedly are part of your destiny.

Do not be in such a rush that you overlook them.

You are meant to enjoy your life.

If you are not, listen within to find your true path.

It is something you desire.

You already love it even if you have not discovered it before.

When you find it, love every step.

Some steps will go by faster than others.

But that is not because you are in a rush.

That is just because you are ready.

Wealth

Wealth cannot exist alone, but requires everyone to share in it.

We have our wealth as we share our compassion, kindness, patience and understanding.

We receive ideas when we give.

We receive the flow of those ideas as they go out and return to us.

People are more calm around us because of our kindness.

People are able to take the time they need to help us when we are patient.

When we do not pressure others, they can find the answers we need in a timely manner.

When we share our wealth this way, we, too receive the ideas which are most fulfilling to us and which bless others.

We are empowered to do the work we love, to be around people who inspire us, and to see others uplifted because of our work.

Releasing ourselves and others from the burden of getting and taking increases all our wealth.

Instead of Criticism

Instead of criticism, celebration, and expansion.

I release me.

I celebrate me.

I am not my past.

I choose to be my best self.

Thank you.

Hallelujah.

Hurray!

I am my own freedom.

I choose where I place my thoughts.

I am my own wealth.

I choose how I invest my thoughts.

Thank you.

Hallelujah.

Hurray!
