My love for myself is stronger than my memories of the past.
The distance between current behaviors based on a wonderful self-concept and the trajectory of abuse from early childhood is immense.
One has replaced the other.
My body rejects the return to the past, no matter how emotionally triggered.
I have rewired my entire life for forward motion and success.
What an accomplishment.
I am so proud.
I thank the Universe for Its many gifts to me to enable this to happen.
