I was feeling a lot of tension and soreness in my stomach and as I thought about it, I recognized the tension from far back in my life.
As I searched for a healing thought, I realized I tensed those muscles whenever I felt I had done something wrong, mainly those little, tiny mistakes.
So I began forgiving myself.
I’ve learned to remind myself that I love me.
I am adding “I forgive me” to ease all those little tensions now, too.
Sometimes it is easier to remember a little tune to bring back the words, so here is a short singable version as well.
