No Interference

Anything that interferes with “I love me” is irrelevant.

No memory or event from the past has the legitimacy of undermining our feeling of freedom.

So may experiences and illusions had to be dissolved in order to get to a point of self-appreciation.

Now that the work has been done, nothing has the right to take it away.

Through solving the problems related to self-worth, a new foundation for living has been built.

Further revelations about whys and wherefores for past behaviors are no longer useful now that there is a new foundation.

Only what contributes to the new life has validity.

“I love me” is the only way forward.

It's Natural

It is natural for good to flow.

It is, after all, one of our natural resources.

We always have something good to share.

An uplifting comment, a smile.

Since we all are precious, we are free to receive what is good.

There is a need for each of us.

We each have a valuable purpose.

It comes from within.

We build our lives on that conviction.

We love, we love, we love.

We create a new atmosphere in which to live.

We create it for ourselves.

And as we interact with each other, we naturally create it in and for our community.

Our contribution is appreciated.

The kingdom of heaven is within each one of us.

When we share, it manifests around us.

The Benefit of the Doubt

Despite the rampant fear, let us give each other the benefit of the doubt.

Doubt says, “You may be OK”, rather than, “I know you are bad”.

Doubt says, “You may be an interesting friend”, rather than “I know you are a boring enemy”.

Doubt says, “You may be a kind person”, rather than, “I know you are mean”.

Doubt says, “We may be able to to get along”, rather than, “I know we have nothing in common and never will”.

Let us give each other that benefit, of the doubt, and let’s start the conversation.

Healthful Practices

Today, my day is about rest.

I will take a break from the excitement and harassment of the media.

I will breathe deeply in appreciation of the gifts which I can always express: compassion, hope, calm, receptivity to good ideas.

I will do things I enjoy.

I will continue to make beautiful things.

I will exercise my right to a relaxed, intelligent state of mind.

I will continue to be gently productive, with no rush and no pressure.

This is the life I choose for myself, even while chaos knocks at my door.

Internally, I know how to influence my body through my thinking.

I will not go that dangerous and unhealthful route again.

I will help find solutions through considered thought and dialogue.

We are all neighbors in our world neighborhood.

The Healing of Society

I am back on my emotional feet after experiencing a deep, depressive fog for the past two days.

This is a testament to the new life-giving practices I have learned to direct my life.

At first, I could only remember that there always had been solutions, but I did not have the strength to even lift my head to look around.

Then, I heard a gentle message that I was in a safe place, that I was in a place where I could not be hurt.

This was extremely reassuring.

Finally, as I took up a meditative practice I have of drawing, I began to hear some of the specific healing messages.

They came in the form of two videos. (And there are more!)

The first one is about biomicry, and the products which have already been developed and which  are being sold which counteract the dangerous effects of CO2.

http://us2.campaign-archive2.com/?u=e279fe84df9e84616ba60ea8d&id=794c41975f&e=d6e8054711

The following one is about twelve designs in Nature which all already being studied and utilized in developing cleaner, more effective practices in industry.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n77BfxnVlyc

So, even while I have been distracted by the horrific effects of ignorance and selfishness and greed and their destructive results, long-term studies which are extremely positive and useful and effective are already in the landscape.

My conclusion is that what we are witnessing is the clash which happens when the first steps of  conscious awareness begin to activate in the large body of society and civilization.

So many of us have already experienced it on an individual scale.  (Look at the companies which are already using positive practices. (Natural Capitalism written in 1999 documents even more of these.

https://www.amazon.com/Natural-Capitalism-Creating-Industrial-Revolution/dp/0316353000/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1478803047&sr=8-1&keywords=Lovins+and+Hawken+-+Natural)

Now it is simply scaling up.

And we know, from personal experience, from watching Nature, and from healing from personal traumatic events, that we also will be active participants and observers of the healing of society.

Unbreakable Wholeness

Nothing that has happened or is happening or will ever happen has any effect on unbreakable wholeness.

How do you separate yourself from All-Good?

Even if your life has gone from bad to worse, there is always some little tiny piece of Good leaking back to you.

You may be overridden with emotional or financial disaster, and yet, you can blink your eyes for a new view.

You can turn you head to look in another direction.

You can go within to listen and see and hear and feel something else.

You can participate in the Unbreakable Wholeness at amy time.

You can turn your thought away from the disaster, no matter how overwhelming it is, to think of a little tiny thing that is untouched by it, a blade of grass, or your next breath.

Turn to what is untouched and you put yourself in touch with the Unbreakable Wholeness.

Live your life with Unbreakable Wholeness.

Our State of Grace

Celebrate innocence, purity, joy.

In the story of the Apostle Paul there is an account in the Bible where  a viper bites him, and that he “shook it off and felt no harm”. (http://biblehub.com/acts/28-3.htm)

We can behave like this toward any event which is poisonous.

We can take poisonous, depraved and destructive attitudes and behaviors and shake them off so that we, too, individually and as a nation, feel no harm.

We can all decide, despite the irresponsible leadership that has arisen, to have no toxic affects, behavioral, psychological, or societal.

We can go on appreciating one another and interacting in gracious and meaningful ways, with no aftershock, no residual inharmonies.

We are all capable of living in a state of grace.

We can live in a state of reaffirmation, a state of recognition of the gifts and contributions of all of us.

We can all experience the compensation of right livelihood by making our individual contributions to a wholesome appreciation of each of us, in a just and pure atmosphere.
