Resetting the Setpoint

Early experiences create shapes and images in your mind.

You notice these as you see certain patterns in your life.

Good, productive patterns are quite enjoyable.

Harmful, unproductive patterns are uncomfortable and dangerous.

Because the habits of thought producing these patterns are set so early and so deeply, it requires rigorous consciousness to rethink them, to reprogram your habitual thinking.

There are many ways to do this.

Whichever ways you choose and try out, they are all bringing you closer to a better pattern, a better way of thinking.

As you become consistent about replacing the old thoughts with the new ones, you create new patterns for yourself.

You life improves.

More and more practice in the direction you want to go will establish it.

Be vigilant and keep progressing.
