How I Feel



How I feel is valid.

It is my interpretation of circumstances and things and people.

It is my opinion.

It is my experience.

It is my conclusions.

It is where I am at this time.

It is where I am at this point.

I have my reasons, just as I have my experiences.

I can change how I feel.

I can look at things from another viewpoint.

It is my decision how I feel and how I look at things.

I can redirect myself and my interpretations.

I can redirect my experiences.

I can take myself anywhere I prefer to go.

I can change my experiences.

I can change my expectations.

My new outlook is valid.
