Feeding Ourselves Spiritually

I remember a practice I learned of translating everyday things into the spiritual qualities they express.

Trees and plants and grass stand for growth.

Sunlight stands for energy and radiance.

Buildings stand for strength, balance, harmonious design.

Animals stand for life.

Roads stand for the true path.

People stand for unlimited expression.

Business stands for good for all mankind.

We are all able to listen for the deep meaning behind what we see around us.

This feeds us with a different kind of view of our surroundings, a spiritual view.

It is a kind of spiritual nutrition.

Instead of conflict because of selfishness and greed, we have a world made up of spiritual qualities which feeds us, clothes us and gives us wonderful communities.

Let’s change our minds and celebrate every single thing we can every day.
